Features of the Programme
- Most courses in the curriculum are compulsory, while some are elective.
- Medium of instruction in lectures in courses pertaining to the core
branches of legal dogmatics is Turkish.
- Medium of instruction in lectures in courses pertaining to other areas
of the social sciences related in various ways to legal studies and fields
of international specification is English.
- Instruction of most courses involves analyses and discussion of legal
practice in related fields, making an extensive use of case law material.
- Lectures are bolstered by student participation and research, especially
in the form of compulsory term-papers.
- Supporting courses by extraclassroom conferences.
